| Abstract: | Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню особливостей вирощування високоякісного садивного матеріалу смородини червоної (Ribes rubrum L.) в умовах Північно-Східного Лісостепу України. Метою роботи було встановлення оптимальних агротехнічних прийомів та методів розмноження смородини червоної (Ribes rubrum L.) для отримання якісного садивного матеріалу. У дослідженні проаналізовано біологічні особливості культури, ґрунтово-кліматичні умови Північно-Східного Лісостепу та сучасні технології розмноження. Експериментально порівняно різні методи вегетативного розмноження (живцювання здерев'янілими, зеленими живцями, відводки) та вивчено вплив факторів (строки, субстрати, стимулятори росту) на вкорінення саджанців. Встановлено, що найефективнішим методом є живцювання здерев'янілими живцями, яке забезпечує високий відсоток укорінення та розвиток кореневої системи. Також визначено оптимальні концентрації стимуляторів росту та склад субстратів для покращення показників вкорінення. Отримані результати свідчать про можливість отримання якісного садивного матеріалу Ribes rubrum L., адаптованого до місцевих умов, що має важливе практичне значення для розвитку ягідництва у Північно-Східному Лісостепі України. |
| Description: | This qualification work focuses on cultivating high-quality red currant (Ribes rubrum L.) planting material in Ukraine's North-Eastern Forest-Steppe. The study aimed to identify optimal agrotechnical practices and propagation methods to produce quality planting stock. It delves into the biological characteristics of Ribes rubrum L., the region's soil and climatic conditions, and current propagation technologies. Experimental comparisons of various vegetative propagation methods (hardwood cuttings, green cuttings, layering) were conducted, alongside an investigation into factors like cutting times, substrates, and growth stimulants on seedling rooting. The research found hardwood cuttings to be the most effective method, leading to a high rooting percentage and robust root system development. Optimal concentrations of growth stimulants and substrate compositions for improved rooting were also determined. The findings demonstrate the feasibility of producing high-quality Ribes rubrum L. planting material adapted to local conditions, offering significant practical value for berry farming in the North-Eastern Forest-Steppe of Ukraine. |
