| Abstract: | Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є організація ефективної дільниці технічного обслуговування та ремонту сівалки HORSH MAESTRO SW у навчально-виробничих умовах машинно-тракторного парку Сумського національного аграрного університету. У роботі проаналізовано технічний стан і особливості експлуатації сівалки, визначено типові несправності та розроблено алгоритм її обслуговування. Розглянуто матеріально-технічну базу підприємства, проблеми, що виникають при ремонті, та шляхи їх вирішення. Проведено економічний аналіз витрат, розрахунок гідравлічного зйомника для демонтажу підшипників, а також оцінено рівень безпеки праці відповідно до чинних стандартів. |
| Description: | The purpose of the qualification work is to organize an effective maintenance and repair section for the HORSH MAESTRO SW seeder in the educational and production conditions of the machine and tractor park of Sumy National Agrarian University. The work analyzes the technical condition and features of the seeder's operation, identifies typical malfunctions and develops an algorithm for its maintenance. The material and technical base of the enterprise, problems that arise during repairs, and ways to solve them are considered. An economic analysis of costs, calculation of a hydraulic puller for dismantling bearings, and an assessment of the level of occupational safety in accordance with current standards are carried out. |
