| Abstract: | У кваліфікаційній роботі проаналізовано господарство СФГ Урожай. Наведені технології обробітку ґрунту перед посівом, переваги та необхідність певних видів обробітку. Особливу увагу приділили оранці (оранка трактором ХТЗ-243к в роботі з LEMKEN 4+1). Розраховувались такі показники, як потрібна передача та швидкість руху на підйом і спуск та деяких інших показників. Запропонували вдосконалення трактора John Deere 6В, а саме зміна ширини колії для проходу по одній колії з розкидачем добрив та причіпним оприскувачем. |
| Description: | The qualification work analyzes the farm SFG Urozhay, located in the village of Andriyashivka, Sumy region. The technologies of soil cultivation before sowing, the advantages and necessity of certain types of cultivation are given. Particular attention was paid to plowing (plowing with a tractor KhTZ-243k in work with LEMKEN 4+1 on wheat stubble). The following indicators were calculated: the required gear ratio and speed on the rise and descent, and some other indicators. An improvement of the John Deere 6B tractor was proposed, namely, changing the track width for passage on one track with a fertilizer spreader and a trailed sprayer. The reliability of the proposed improvement was confirmed by engineering, the strength of the metal of the spacers, bolts, and the accuracy of the dimensions. The proposed labor protection measures will help reduce unproductive losses of working time and reduce the number of accidents and emergencies. |
