| Abstract: | У роботі проаналізовано господарську діяльність навчально-науково-виробничого комплексу Сумського НАУ. У технологічній частині представлено обґрунтування вибору технічних засобів, операційно-технологічну карту, а також розраховано техніко-експлуатаційні показники агрегатів для внесення органіки. Запропоноване вдосконалення серійного розкидача органічних добрив дозволить покращити якість подрібнення добрив з різними фізико-механічними властивостями. Проведено інженерні розрахунки на міцність зварних з’єднань і перевірка на втому елементів конструкції, що підтверджує надійність модернізації. |
| Description: | The paper analyzes the economic activity of the educational, research and production complex of Sumy National Agrarian University. The structure of sown areas, the state of the machine and tractor fleet, the peculiarities of organic fertilizers and their impact on soil fertility and yields of major crops - winter wheat, barley and corn - are considered. The choice of technical means for fertilizer application is substantiated, and technical and economic calculations of energy means are carried out. The technological part presents the justification for the choice of technical means, an operational and technological map, and calculates the technical and operational indicators of the units for organic fertilization. The proposed improvement of the serial solid organic fertilizer spreader ROU-5 is to replace the traditional design of the spreader with a new model with a single-drum spreader with hammers. This will improve the quality of grinding fertilizers with different physical and mechanical properties. Engineering calculations for the strength of welded joints and fatigue testing of structural elements were carried out, which confirms the reliability of the modernization. The occupational health and safety section contains measures to reduce the risk of injuries, protect workers when working with agrochemicals, and improve working conditions and technical safety. |
