| Abstract: | У кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто сучасні технічні засоби механізації навантажувально-розвантажувальних операцій в умовах НПЦ СНАУ. Проведено комплексний аналіз колісних, гусеничних, телескопічних та міні-навантажувачів, зернових конвеєрів, AGV/AMR та електро-/гібридних моделей з урахуванням технічних характеристик і умов експлуатації. Розроблено організацію технології технічного обслуговування навантажувачів, включаючи планування ТО, діагностику, управління запасними частинами та заходи з охорони праці. Детально описано принцип дії й конструкцію установки для миття техніки, виконано розрахунки міцності та технічне обслуговування обладнання. Проведено економічне обґрунтування проекту: розраховано витрати, доходи та показники рентабельності комплексу на базі НПЦ СНАУ. Практичні рекомендації можуть бути використані для підвищення ефективності навантажувально-розвантажувальних процесів, зниження експлуатаційних витрат та збільшення продуктивності підприємства. |
| Description: | In this thesis, modern technical means for mechanizing loading and unloading operations within the Educational-Practical Center of Sumy National Agrarian University are examined. A comprehensive analysis is performed on wheeled, tracked, telescopic, and mini-loaders; grain conveyors; AGV/AMR systems; and electric/hybrid models, taking into account their technical specifications and operating conditions. The organization of the maintenance technology for loaders is developed, including maintenance scheduling, diagnostic procedures, spare-parts management, and occupational safety measures. The operating principle and design of the equipment-washing installation are described in detail, and strength calculations as well as maintenance procedures for the equipment are carried out. An economic justification of the project is provided: costs, revenues, and profitability indicators for the complex at the SNAU Educational-Practical Center are calculated. The practical recommendations offered can be used to enhance the efficiency of loading and unloading processes, reduce operating costs, and increase enterprise productivity. |
