| Abstract: | У кваліфікаційній роботі проаналізовано господарство; описано технологічні операції при вирощуванні зернових культур, сільськогосподарські машини які можуть бути використані під час виконання технологічних операцій; наведені основні агровимоги до виконання технологічних операцій на посів та збирання, зроблені техніко-експлуатаційні розрахунки МТА при виконанні технологічної операції посів та збирання. Описана розробка, дозволить зменшити попадання пилу сівачу. |
| Description: | The qualification work analyzed the farm of LLC "ZERNE", which is located on the territory of the village council. In the technological part, we described the technological operations in growing grain crops, agricultural machinery that can be used during technological operations. The main agricultural requirements for the implementation of technological operations for sowing and harvesting are given, technical and operational calculations of the MTA when performing the technological operation of sowing and harvesting are made. The design development presented in this diploma project is a device that will reduce dust ingress into the seeder. The main design parameters of the device for wet dust deposition are calculated and justified. Engineering calculations are made for the strength of the fastening of the device parts. The proposed labor protection measures will help reduce unproductive losses of working time and reduce the number of accidents and emergencies. |
