| Abstract: | В кваліфікаційній роботі проаналізовано ключові характеристики ремонтного підприємства МХП Урожайна країна» Роменського району Сумської області. Основна спеціалізація компанії — це вирощування зернових культур. У дослідженні описано технологічні процеси, які застосовуються на ремонтному виробництві, визначено трудомісткість операцій і потребу в кількості працівників. Розроблено конструкторське рішення з відповідними розрахунками міцності, яке сприяє зняттю підшипників із валів вантажних автомобілів. Для гарантування безпеки праці запропоновано низку заходів з охорони праці. Виконано техніко-економічні обґрунтування, які довели економічну виправданість і результативність діяльності ремонтного господарства підприємства. |
| Description: | The work analyzes the key characteristics of the repair enterprise of the MHP "Harvest Country" in the Romensky district of the Sumy region. The company's main specialization is growing grain crops. The study describes the technological processes used in repair production, determines the labor intensity of operations and the need for a number of employees. A design solution with appropriate strength calculations has been developed, which facilitates the removal of bearings from the shafts of trucks. To ensure occupational safety, a number of occupational safety measures have been proposed. Feasibility studies have been carried out, which have proven the economic feasibility and effectiveness of the enterprise's repair department. |
