| Abstract: | В кваліфікаційній роботі проаналізовано ключові аспекти функціонування ремонтного підрозділу ПСП «Надія» у Охтирському районі Сумської області. Підприємство спеціалізується переважно на вирощуванні зернових культур і розвитку молочного скотарства. У дослідженні детально висвітлено технологічні процеси, що використовуються в ремонтному цеху, оцінено трудомісткість операцій та визначено потребу в робочій силі. Запропоновано інженерний проєкт знімача із розрахунками міцності для знімання вузлів, які зібранні з натягом під час ремонту машин. Спроектована його конструкція, складальне креслення і деталювання. Розроблено набір заходів для забезпечення безпеки праці. Техніко-економічний аналіз підтвердив економічну обґрунтованість і результативність діяльності ремонтного підрозділу підприємства. |
| Description: | The work analyzes the key aspects of the functioning of the repair unit of the PSP "Nadiya" in the Okhtyrsky district of the Sumy region. The enterprise specializes mainly in growing grain crops and developing dairy farming. The study covers in detail the technological processes used in the repair shop, assesses the labor intensity of operations and determines the need for labor. An engineering design of a puller with strength calculations for removing assemblies assembled under tension during machine repair has been proposed. Its design, assembly drawing and detailing have been designed. A set of measures to ensure occupational safety has been developed. A feasibility study has confirmed the economic feasibility and effectiveness of the company's repair department. |
