| Abstract: | В кваліфікаційній роботі проаналізовано ключові аспекти функціонування ремонтного підрозділу ФГ «Сугак В.В.» у зазначеному районі. Основна спеціалізація підприємства – вирощування зернових. У роботі детально висвітлено технологічні процеси, що застосовуються в ремонтному цеху, проведено оцінку трудомісткості операцій та розраховано потребу в робочій силі. Запропоновано інноваційне інженерне рішення для зняття гільз циліндрів двигуна вантажного автомобіля ГАЗ 53 з оцінкою міцності його конструкції. Розроблено набір заходів для гарантування безпеки праці. Техніко-економічне обґрунтування підтвердило вигідність і результативність діяльності ремонтного підрозділу підприємства. |
| Description: | The study analyzed the key aspects of the functioning of the repair unit of the Agricultural Production Group "Sugak V.V." in the specified district. The main specialization of the enterprise is the cultivation of cereals. The work covers in detail the technological processes used in the repair shop, an assessment of the labor intensity of operations and a calculation of the need for labor. An innovative engineering solution for removing cylinder liners from a GAZ 53 truck engine with an assessment of its structural strength has been proposed. A set of measures to ensure occupational safety has been developed. The feasibility study has confirmed the profitability and effectiveness of the company's repair department. |
