| Abstract: | В кваліфікаційній роботі проаналізовано ключові аспекти функціонування ремонтного підрозділу ФГ «Деміка» у Охтирському районі Сумської області. Підприємство спеціалізується на вирощуванні зернових культур і розвитку молочно-м’ясного скотарства. Дослідження детально висвітлює технологічні процеси, що використовуються в ремонтному цеху, оцінює трудомісткість операцій і розраховує потребу в робочій силі. Запропоновано технічне рішення для демонтажу форсунок дизельних двигунів. Розроблено набір заходів для забезпечення безпеки праці. Техніко-економічна оцінка підтвердила вигідність і результативність діяльності ремонтного підрозділу підприємства. |
| Description: | The qualification work analyzed key aspects of the functioning of the repair unit of the Demika farm in the Okhtyrsky district of the Sumy region. The enterprise specializes in growing grain crops and developing dairy and meat cattle breeding. The study provides detailed information on the technological processes used in the repair shop, assesses the labor intensity of operations, and calculates the need for labor. A technical solution for dismantling diesel engine injectors is proposed. A set of measures to ensure occupational safety is developed. The feasibility study confirmed the profitability and effectiveness of the enterprise’s repair unit. |
