| Abstract: | В кваліфікаційній роботі проаналізовано ключові аспекти функціонування ремонтного підрозділу ТОВ «АФ» Буринська» у Конотопському районі Сумської області. Основна діяльність підприємства зосереджена на вирощуванні зернових культур і тваринництві. У дослідженні детально висвітлено технологічні процеси, що використовуються в ремонтному цеху, оцінено трудомісткість операцій і визначено потребу в кадрах. Запропоновано інженерний проєкт із розрахунками міцності для розбирання та збирання редукторів головної передачі середнього та заднього мостів автомобіля КамАЗ. Розроблено набір заходів для гарантування безпеки праці. Техніко-економічний аналіз підтвердив вигідність і результативність діяльності ремонтного підрозділу підприємства. |
| Description: | The qualification work analyzed the key aspects of the functioning of the repair unit of LLC "AF" Burynska" in the Konotop district of the Sumy region. The main activity of the enterprise is focused on growing grain crops and livestock. The study covered in detail the technological processes used in the repair shop, assessed the labor intensity of operations and determined the need for personnel. An engineering project with strength calculations for disassembling and assembling the main transmission gearboxes of the middle and rear axles of the KamAZ vehicle was proposed. A set of measures was developed to ensure occupational safety. The feasibility study confirmed the profitability and effectiveness of the enterprise's repair unit. |
