Abstract: Проаналізовано: діяльність ФГ «МІРТ» Охтирського району Сумської області, включаючи загальні відомості про підприємство, структуру угідь, площі посівів та врожайність основних культур, а також оснащення підприємства технікою. Розроблено: розглянуто недоліки існуючих методів діагностики та запропоновано нову конструкцію пневматичного калібратора. Виконано розрахунки: виробничої програми ремонту техніки, також представлено розрахунки ключових елементів, таких як пружини та натискний гвинт .
Description: Analyzed: the activities of the FG "MIRT" Okhtyrsky district of Sumy region, including general information about the enterprise, the structure of land, the area of crops and the yield of the main crops, as well as the equipment of the enterprise. Developed: the shortcomings of existing diagnostic methods were considered and a new design of a pneumatic calibrator was proposed. Calculations were made: of the production program for the repair of equipment, and calculations of key elements, such as springs and a pressure screw, are also presented.
