| Abstract: | Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена реконструкції системи електропостачання виробничих об’єктів ТОВ «Плант-Агро» Сумського району Сумської області з метою підвищення надійності, безпеки та ефективності енергопостачання. У роботі проведено аналіз існуючого стану електромережі підприємства, виявлено основні недоліки та причини низької якості електропостачання. Запропоновано заміну застарілого обладнання та впровадження сучасних технічних рішень, зокрема комплектної трансформаторної підстанції КТП-100/10/0,4 з трансформатором ТМГ-100, нових алюмінієвих проводів марок АС16, АС25, АС35 і АС50, автоматичних вимикачів ВА57-39 та ВА57-35, а також заміну опор на залізобетонні типу СВ 95-3. Розроблено рекомендації щодо організації оптимальної енерготехнічної служби підприємства для забезпечення ефективного обслуговування та експлуатації електрообладнання. Економічне обґрунтування підтверджує доцільність реконструкції з урахуванням капіталовкладень та очікуваної економії витрат на обслуговування і ремонт. |
| Description: | Qualification work is dedicated to the reconstruction of the power supply system of the production facilities of LLC "Plant-Agro" in the Sumy district of Sumy region, aiming to improve the reliability, safety, and efficiency of power supply. The work includes an analysis of the existing condition of the enterprise’s electrical network, identifying the main deficiencies and causes of poor power quality. It proposes the replacement of outdated equipment and the implementation of modern technical solutions, namely a complete transformer substation KTP-100/10/0.4 with a TMG-100 transformer, new aluminum conductors of grades AS16, AS25, AS35, and AS50, automatic circuit breakers VA57-39 and VA57-35, as well as the replacement of supports with reinforced concrete types SV 95-3. Recommendations have been developed for organizing an optimal energy engineering service at the enterprise to ensure effective maintenance and operation of electrical equipment. The economic justification confirms the feasibility of the reconstruction, taking into account capital investments and expected savings in maintenance and repair costs. |
