| Abstract: | В роботі запропоновано проєкт реконструкції системи електрофікації виробничого цеху ТОВ «Кролевецький комбікормовий завод» та автоматизації системи керування лінією виготовлення кормів. Описана технологія виготовлення кормів. Проаналізовано стан цеху. Розглянуті технічні характеристики та продуктивність необхідного устаткування. Основну увагу в роботі приділено сучасним зразкам силового обладнання: електричним двигунам для вузлів лінії по виготовленню кормів, вибір яких здійснено на основі виконаних розрахунків. Розроблено автоматизовану систему керування, складено принципову електричну схему лінії виготовлення кормів та схему електричних з’єднань. Обрано комплект комутаційного обладнання. Проведено світлотехнічний та електротехнічний розрахунки штучного освітлення цеху з вибором необхідного обладнання. Розглянуті питання з охорони праці при виконанні робіт у виробничому приміщенні. Здійснена екологічна експертиза. Проведено техніко-економічне обґрунтування прийнятих рішень. |
| Description: | The work proposes a project for the reconstruction of the electrification system of the production shop of LLC "Krolevetskyi Compound Feed Plant" and automation of the feed production line control system. The feed production technology is described. The condition of the shop is analyzed. The technical characteristics and performance of the necessary equipment are considered. The main attention in the work is paid to modern models of power equipment: electric motors for the units of the feed production line, the selection of which is made on the basis of the calculations performed. An automated control system is developed, a schematic electrical diagram of the feed production line and a diagram of electrical connections are drawn up. A set of switching equipment is selected. Lighting and electrical calculations of artificial lighting of the shop are carried out with the selection of the necessary equipment. Issues of labor protection when performing work in the production premises are considered. An environmental examination is carried out. A feasibility study of the decisions made is carried out. |
