| Abstract: | У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено організацію доставки вантажів на прикладі ТОВ «Нова пошта» - провідної логістичної компанії України. Проаналізовано теоретичні основи логістики, сучасні підходи до управління перевезеннями, структуру логістичної системи підприємства, а також використання інформаційних технологій у процесі доставки. У ході роботи було проведено аналіз логістичних процесів компанії, оцінено ефективність існуючих схем перевезень, розглянуто роль автоматизації та цифровізації у забезпеченні точності та швидкості доставки. Окрема увага приділена охороні праці як важливому елементу безпечного функціонування логістичних ланцюгів. Результати дослідження дозволили сформувати рекомендації щодо вдосконалення логістичних операцій, впровадження інновацій та підвищення ефективності функціонування логістичної системи підприємства. |
| Description: | The qualification work examines the organization of cargo delivery using the example of LLC "Nova Poshta" - a leading logistics company in Ukraine. The theoretical foundations of logistics, modern approaches to transportation management, the structure of the logistics system of the enterprise, as well as the use of information technologies in the delivery process were analyzed. During the work, an analysis of the company's logistics processes was conducted, the effectiveness of existing transportation schemes was assessed, the role of automation and digitalization in ensuring the accuracy and speed of delivery was considered. Special attention is paid to occupational safety as an important element of the safe functioning of logistics chains. The results of the study allowed us to formulate recommendations for improving logistics operations, introducing innovations and increasing the efficiency of the enterprise's logistics system. |
