| Abstract: | Робота складається вступу та чотирьох розділів: архітектурно-конструктивного, розрахунково-конструктивного, технологічно-організаційного, економічного та трьох додатків. Архітектурно-будівельний розділ: розроблені архітектурне, об’ємно-планувальне і конструктивне рішення будівлі. В розрахунково-конструктивному розділі виконано розрахунок фундаменту, плоскої рами, колон Технологічно-організаційний розділ: умови здійснення будівництва; встановлення номенклатури робіт, розрахунок обсягів робіт та визначення потреби в матеріальних ресурсах; Обґрунтування та вибір оптимальних рішень щодо організації, механізації та технології виконання будівельно-монтажних робіт; вибір стропувальних та монтажних пристроїв; обґрунтування прийнятого терміну будівництва; розроблення технологічної карти на влаштування рулонної покрівлі, розроблення календарного графіку будівництва, розроблення об’єктного будівельного генерального плану. В економічному розділі розроблено локальні кошториси: №1 на загальнобудівельні роботи, №2 - на санітарно-технічні роботи, №3 - на електротехнічні роботи; розроблено об’єктний кошторис на будівлю, розроблено зведений кошторисний розрахунок. Наведено техніко-економічні показники будівлі. В додатках наведено: розрахунок параметрів календарного плану (додаток 1), розрахунок параметрів будівельного генерального плану (додаток 2), кошторисну документацію (додаток 3) |
| Description: | The manuscript consists of an introduction and four chapters: architectural and construction, design and construction, technological and organisational, economic, and four appendices. The architectural and construction section describes the architectural, space-planning and structural solutions for the building. In the design and construction section, the strip foundation was calculated Technological and organisational section: conditions for construction; establishment of the nomenclature of works, calculation of the scope of works and determination of material resource requirements; justification and selection of optimal solutions for the organisation, mechanisation and technology of construction and installation works; selection of slinging and installation devices; justification of the accepted construction period; development of a technological map for the installation of roll roofing, development of a construction schedule, development of an object construction master plan. In the economic section, local estimates have been developed: No. 1 for general construction works, No. 2 for sanitary and technical works, No. 3 for electrical works; an object estimate for the building has been developed, and a consolidated estimate has been developed. The technical and economic indicators of the building are given. The appendices contain: calculation of the parameters of the schedule (Appendix 1), calculation of the parameters of the general construction plan (Appendix 2), cost estimate documentation (Appendix 3) |
