| Abstract: | Актуальність дослідження зумовлена потребою підвищення ефективності яєчного птахівництва шляхом оптимізації годівлі, зокрема включенням до раціонів кормових компонентів тваринного походження, які є джерелом високоякісного білка, амінокислот, мінералів і вітамінів. У роботі проведено аналіз біологічних особливостей курей-несучок, їхніх потреб у поживних речовинах, а також науково-теоретичне обґрунтування доцільності використання тваринних кормів (м’ясо-кісткове та рибне борошно) у раціонах птиці. Експериментальна частина роботи виконана на базі ФГ «НАТОН». У ході дослідження вивчено вплив раціонів із включенням тваринних продуктів на показники продуктивності курей (несучість, жива маса, споживання корму), якісні характеристики яєць (маса, товщина шкаралупи, вміст білка і жовтка) та економічну доцільність такого підходу. |
| Description: | The relevance of the study is due to the need to increase the efficiency of egg poultry farming by optimizing feeding, in particular by including in the rations of feed components of animal origin, which are a source of high-quality protein, amino acids, minerals and vitamins. The work analyzes the biological characteristics of laying hens, their nutritional needs, as well as scientifically and theoretically substantiates the feasibility of using animal feed (meat and bone meal and fish meal) in poultry diets. The experimental part of the work was carried out on the basis of the NATON FG. The study examined the impact of diets including animal products on chicken productivity (laying rate, live weight, feed consumption), egg quality characteristics (weight, shell thickness, protein and yolk content), and the economic feasibility of this approach. |
