| Abstract: | Метою кваліфікаційної роботи став аналіз особливостей виробництва свинини на свинокомплексі в СТОВ «Піщане» Сумської області. Об’єкт спостережень - свині різних вікових груп. Предмет спостережень – загальний технологічний ланцюг виробництва свинини за потоковою технологією. Для досягнення поставленої мети вивчалися наступні основні задачі: проаналізувати реальний стан економічної та виробничої діяльності аграрного підприємства – СТОВ «Піщане»; визначитись з особливостями відтворення поголів’я, методів розведення і їх результатів на свинокомплексі; надати аналіз технологічних підходів при вирощуванні поросят від цеху опоросів до реалізації на забій після інтенсивної відгодівлі; проаналізувати технологічні підходи до годівлі і раціони молодняку свиней. З метою покращення репродуктивних ознак свиноматок і збільшення середньодобових приростів відгодівельного молодняку рекомендується провести в умовах СТОВ «Піщане» виробничі випробування варіантів підбору до маток спеціалізованої материнської лінії «Камборо» кнурів термінальних ліній і визначити найбільш ефективний варіант для умов підприємства. |
| Description: | The method of qualified work was the analysis of the peculiarities of pork production at the pig farm in the Pishchany service station in the Sumy region. The object of caution is pigs of various age groups. The subject of caution is the advanced technological lance of pork production using flow technology. To achieve the goal, the following main tasks were undertaken: to analyze the real state of economical and productive activity of agricultural enterprises - STOV "Pishchany"; depend on the peculiarities of the breeding population, breeding methods and their results at the pig farm; conduct an analysis of technological approaches for growing piglets from the farrowing shop before implementation for slaughter after intensive breeding; analyze technological approaches to the age and diet of young pigs. In order to improve the reproductive characteristics of sows and increase the average weight gain of suitable young animals, it is recommended to carry out a comprehensive testing of options for selecting specialized uteruses in the minds of Pishchany mother line "Camboro" links terminal lines and means the most effective option for business minds. |
