| Abstract: | Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню актуальних питань, пов'язаних розробкою програмного продукту, який би задовольняв потреби студентів, адміністрації освітнього закладу і роботодавців у підтримці пошуку і підтримці робочих місць. У роботі проведений аналіз проблем пов'язаних з відсутністю такого додатку. Наведене обґрунтування перспективних шляхів удосконалення системи інформаційної підтримки центру кар’єри здобувача вищої освіти. Актуальність теми обумовлена тим, що розроблений програмний продукт зможе забезпечити централізований доступ до актуальної інформації про можливості працевлаштування, стажування, кар’єрні заходи, а також надати інструменти для самооцінки, складання резюме та підготовки до співбесід. Крім того, веб-додаток може стати ефективним каналом комунікації між студентами, випускниками, представниками центру кар’єри та роботодавцями. Проведений аналіз європейського досвіду в цій галузі, потреб студентів та надані рекомендації щодо впровадження ефективної ІС. Основними завданнями дослідження є аналіз предметної області, проєктування ІС, розробка програмного продукту, а також оцінка ефективності впровадження запропонованої ІС. Результати дослідження сприятимуть покращенню взаємодії між суб’єктами освітнього процесу у пошуку роботи. Розроблена інформаційна технологія може бути використана освітніми закладами, які забезпечують професійну підготовку фахівців. |
| Description: | This qualification thesis is devoted to the study of current issues related to the development of a software product that meets the needs of students, educational institution administrators, and employers in supporting job search and employment. The thesis presents an analysis of the problems caused by the absence of such an application and provides substantiated prospects for improving the information support system of the career center for higher education students. The relevance of the topic is driven by the fact that the developed software product will offer centralized access to up-to-date information on employment opportunities, internships, and career events, as well as provide tools for self-assessment, resume creation, and interview preparation. Moreover, the web application may serve as an effective communication channel between students, graduates, career center staff, and employers. The thesis includes an analysis of European experience in this field, an assessment of student needs, and recommendations for the implementation of an effective information system. The main objectives of the research are the analysis of the subject domain, system design, software development, and evaluation of the efficiency of the proposed information system implementation. The research results are expected to improve interaction among participants in the educational process in the context of job search. The developed information technology can be used by educational institutions engaged in professional training of specialists. |
