| Description: | The article is devoted to the consideration of key aspects of organizational change management in the public sphere as such, which must meet the modern requirements of the development of society. It is significant to develop a vision and strategy of changes to identify problem situations in areas of work - local or systemic, as this determines the requirements for the approach to change management and the formulation of its strategy. |
