| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена розгляду економічної глобалізації, яка сприяє поглибленню існуючої нерівності у сферах продуктивності праці, доходів та матеріального добробуту, а також перешкоджає досягненню рівності можливостей у соціально-трудових відносинах. Глобалізація економіки в поєднанні зі створенням транснаціональних компаній сприяє аутсорсингу робочих місць до промислово розвинених країн, що призводить до проблеми безробіття в цих країнах. |
| Description: | The article is devoted to the consideration of economic globalization, which contributes to the deepening of existing inequality in the areas of labor productivity, income and material well-being, and also prevents the achievement of equality of opportunities in social and labor relations. Economic globalization, combined with the creation of transnational companies, contributes to the outsourcing of jobs to industrialized countries, which leads to the problem of unemployment in these countries. |
