| Abstract: | Глибокий аналіз сильних і слабких сторін, можливостей та загроз для оптової торгівлі продуктами харчування у Сумській області дозволив визначити три пріоритетних напрями для підвищення її ефективності та конкурентоспроможності. Щоб залишатися конкурентоспроможними в сучасних умовах, необхідно переглядати бізнес-моделі та впроваджувати інноваційні підходи, які дозволять досягти лідерства на ринку. Висвітлено діяльність сучасних великих торговельно-посередницьких компаній, що активно розвивають власну роздрібну мережу за франчайзинговою схемою. При цьому вони можуть створювати як універсальні магазини, що пропонують широкий асортимент товарів, так і спеціалізовані магазини, зосереджені на певних категоріях продуктів. Розглянуто вплив оптової торгівлі на рівень зайнятості в країні, створення нових робочих місць в різних сферах. Особливо, Інтернет-бізнес, що відкриває можливості для працевлаштування людей з різним рівнем кваліфікації, включаючи осіб з обмеженими можливостями, студентів та пенсіонерів. |
| Description: | An in-depth analysis of the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats for the wholesale trade of food products in the Sumy region allowed us to identify three priority directions for increasing its efficiency and competitiveness. To remain competitive in today's environment, it is necessary to review business models and implement innovative approaches that will allow you to achieve market leadership. The first direction of development involves equipping wholesalers with modern business tools. This includes the creation of modern warehouse complexes, the introduction of automated warehouse management systems, the development of transport logistics and the formation of a professional team of managers. Thanks to this, wholesalers will be able to provide their customers with a wide range of services and promptly respond to their needs. The second direction involves the creation of new legal entities for the implementation of ambitious projects, such as own production or retail networks. This allows you to separate new areas from the main business and provide greater flexibility in management. It is also possible to acquire or merge with existing companies for quick access to new markets and technologies. The activity of modern large retail and intermediary companies actively developing their own retail network under the franchise scheme is highlighted. At the same time, they can create both universal stores offering a wide range of products and specialized stores focused on certain categories of products. The third strategic direction involves the unification of wholesale companies with other enterprises at different levels. This will help create more efficient supply chains and increase the competitiveness of the industry. Depending on the available resources, resellers can choose different strategic development models: a local distributor that works within several regions and promotes several brands; a national distributor that works with many brands throughout the country; or a mono distributor that specializes in one brand nationally. The impact of wholesale trade on the level of employment in the country, the creation of new jobs in various fields is considered. Especially, Internet business that opens up employment opportunities for people with different skill levels, including people with disabilities, students and retirees. |
