| Abstract: | Основна мета архітектурного проектування завжди полягала в створенні комфортного середовища для проживання, яке відповідало би сучасним потребам суспільства, відображало національні культурні особливості та враховувало досягнення науки і технологій. Саме ці фактори визначили вибір теми мого дипломного проєкту, присвяченого розробці дев’ятиповерхового 45-квартирного житлового будинку у місті Тростянець Сумської області. Цей проєкт було створено з акцентом на гармонійне поєднання функціональності, естетики й ергономіки. Планування квартир забезпечує високий рівень комфорту для мешканців, а його конструктивні властивості продумані таким чином, щоб оптимізувати просторові рішення. У процесі роботи використовувалися передові будівельні матеріали, зокрема утеплювач з пінополіуретану, сучасні ґрунтовки, гідроізоляційні полісечовини й герметики. Крім того, застосовано інноваційні конструктивні рішення та технології, які значно покращують тепло- і звукоізоляцію будівлі, створюючи максимально комфортні умови для життя. Потреба у забезпеченні жителів великих міст якісним і сучасним житлом стала основною мотивацією для розробки цього проєкту. Запропонована будівля повністю відповідає своєму функціональному призначенню. Концепція враховує зручне планування внутрішнього простору з оптимальними розмірами приміщень, що сприяють комфортному проживанню. |
| Description: | The main goal of architectural design has always been to create a comfortable living environment that meets the modern needs of society, reflects national cultural characteristics, and takes into account the achievements of science and technology. These factors determined the choice of the topic of my diploma project, which is dedicated to the development of a nine-story 45-apartment residential building in the city of Trostyanets, Sumy region. This project was created with an emphasis on a harmonious combination of functionality, aesthetics, and ergonomics. The layout of the apartments provides a high level of comfort for residents, and its constructive properties are designed to optimize spatial solutions. In the process of work, advanced building materials were used, including polyurethane foam insulation, modern primers, waterproofing polyureas, and sealants. In addition, innovative design solutions and technologies have been applied that significantly improve the thermal and sound insulation of the building, creating the most comfortable living conditions. The need to provide residents of large cities with high-quality and modern housing became the main motivation for the development of this project. The proposed building fully corresponds to its functional purpose. The concept takes into account a convenient layout of the internal space with optimal room sizes that contribute to comfortable living. |
