| Abstract: | Визначено актуальність будівництва багатопрофільної лікарні з поліклінічним відділенням у м. Суми. Розроблено містобудівні рішення, що включають ситуаційний план, генеральний план ділянки та схему зонування території. Запропоновано об’ємно-просторову композицію будівлі лікарні, фасади з опрацьованим стилістичним рішенням та перспективні 3D-візуалізації. Архітектурно-планувальні рішення охоплюють поетажні плани (підвальний, перший, другий, третій поверхи) з функціональним зонуванням і розміщенням меблів. Конструктивна схема передбачає каркасну систему, що забезпечує гнучкість та адаптивність внутрішніх приміщень. Розроблено інженерний благоустрій і ландшафтне оформлення території лікарні з елементами озеленення та функціонального благоустрою. |
| Description: | The relevance of constructing a multidisciplinary hospital with an outpatient department in the city of Sumy has been determined. Urban planning solutions have been developed, including a situational plan, a master plan of the site, and a zoning scheme of the area. A volumetric-spatial composition of the hospital building has been proposed, along with facades featuring stylistic solutions and perspective 3D visualizations. Architectural and planning solutions include floor plans (basement, first, second, and third floors) with functional zoning and furniture layout. The structural scheme features a frame system, ensuring flexibility and adaptability of the interior spaces. Engineering landscaping and site development have been designed, including elements of greening and functional landscaping around the hospital. |
