| Abstract: | Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена архітектурному проєктуванню сучасної бібліотеки з медіа-центром у місті Суми. Метою проєкту є пошук ефективних містобудівних, функціонально-планувальних та конструктивних рішень у створенні відкритого культурно-освітнього простору, інтегрованого в складне природне середовище. До складу роботи входить пояснювальна записка та графічна частина. У пояснювальній записці висвітлено актуальність теми, сформульовано загальні положення проєкту, проаналізовано містобудівний контекст, визначено архітектурно-планувальні особливості об’єкта, обґрунтовано конструктивні рішення (зокрема застосування кесонних перекриттів) та розглянуто принципи інженерного благоустрою і ландшафтної організації території. Графічна частина містить ситуаційну схему, генеральний план, плани поверхів, фасади, розрізи, а також візуалізації з різних точок зорового сприйняття, включно з видами з висоти. Креслення виконано на аркуші формату 2523×1188 мм. |
| Description: | The qualification project is dedicated to the architectural design of a modern library with a media center in the city of Sumy. The goal of the project is to explore effective urban planning, spatial, and structural solutions in creating an open cultural and educational environment integrated into a complex natural landscape. The project consists of an explanatory report and a graphic part. The explanatory report outlines the relevance of the topic, formulates the general provisions of the project, analyzes the urban context, defines the architectural and spatial features of the building, substantiates structural solutions (including the use of coffered slabs), and examines the principles of engineering improvement and landscape organization of the site. The graphic part includes a situational scheme, master plan, floor plans, facades, sections, as well as visualizations from various viewing angles, including aerial perspectives. The drawings are presented on a sheet measuring 2523×1188 mm. |
