| Abstract: | Метою дипломної роботи стало вивчення технологічних особливостей виробництва молока, високої товарної якості, в умовах молочного комплексу ТОВ «Молоко Вітчизни» Конотопського району. Предметом дослідження стало основні технологічні складові в технології виробництва молока, господарськи корисні ознаки корів голштинської породи Об’єкт дослідження – ступень впливу технологічних аспектів на основні продуктивні ознаки корів. Встановлено, що робота на підприємстві ведеться на високому технологічному рівні і з залучанням інноваційних підходів. Витримування належних технологічних умов догляду за тваринами, використання сучасного обладнання, постійний моніторинг якості і поживності раціонів, стану здоров’я тварин, суворе виконання всіх взаємопов’язаних елементів технології та контроль якості молока в власній лабораторії – дозволяє отримувати щоденно біля 35 кг молока на корову ґатунку «Екстра». |
| Description: | The purpose of the thesis was to study the technological features of milk production, high marketable quality, in the conditions of the dairy complex LLC "Moloko Vitchyzny" of the Konotop district. The subject of the study was the main technological components in the technology of milk production, economically useful features of Holstein cows. The object of the study is the degree of influence of technological aspects on the main productive features of cows. It was established that the work at the enterprise is carried out at a high technological level and with the involvement of innovative approaches. Maintaining proper technological conditions for animal care, the use of modern equipment, constant monitoring of the quality and nutritional value of rations, the state of animal health, strict implementation of all interrelated elements of technology and quality control of milk in its own laboratory - allows you to get about 35 kg of milk per cow of the "Extra" variety daily. |
