| Abstract: | Робота складається вступу та чотирьох розділів: архітектурно-конструктивного, розрахунково-конструктивного, технологічно-організаційного, економічного та чотирьох додатків. Архітектурно-конструктивний розділ: Розроблені архітектурне, об’ємно-планувальне та конструктивне рішення будівлі. Розрахунково-конструктивний розділ: виконано розрахунок фундаменту, монолітної плити перекриття, монолітної стіни Розділ технології й організації будівельного виробництва: Визначено умови здійснення будівництва, здійснено обгрунтування термінів будівництва, підраховано номенклатуру та обсяги БМР, описано технологічну послідовність виконання будівельних процесів та їх взаємне ув'язування в часі, розраховано склад комплексної бригади, підібрано комплект машин та механізмів та наведено їх характеристики розроблено технологічну карту на зведення монолітних конструкцій типового поверху, розроблено будівельний генеральний план, календарний графік виконання робіт. В економічному розділі розроблено локальні кошториси: №1 на загальнобудівельні роботи, №2 - на санітарно-технічні роботи, №3 - на електротехнічні роботи; розроблено об’єктний кошторис на будівлю, розроблено зведений кошторисний розрахунок. Наведено техніко-економічні показники будівлі. В додатках наведено: Додаток А Результати числового розрахунку фундаменту; Додаток Б. Техкарта на зведення типового поверху; Додаток В. Розроблення параметрів будівельного генерального плану; Додаток Г. Кошторисна документація |
| Description: | Description: The manuscript consists of an introduction and four chapters: architectural and design, calculation and design, technological and organisational, economic and four appendices. Architectural and constructive section: The architectural, space-planning and structural solutions of the building are developed. Design and structural section: The design of the foundation, monolithic floor slab, monolithic wall Section on technology and organisation of construction production: The construction conditions were determined, the construction timeframe was justified, the nomenclature and volume of construction and demolition works were calculated, the technological sequence of construction processes and their interconnection in time were described, the composition of the integrated team was calculated, a set of machines and mechanisms was selected and their characteristics were given A technological map for the construction of monolithic structures of a typical floor was developed, a construction master plan and a schedule of works were developed. In the economic section, local estimates were developed: No. 1 for general construction works, No. 2 for sanitary and technical works, No. 3 for electrical works; an object estimate for the building was developed, and a consolidated estimate calculation was developed. The technical and economic indicators of the building are presented. The appendices are provided: Appendix A: Results of the numerical calculation of the foundation; Appendix B: Technical card for the construction of a typical floor; Annex C. Development of parameters of the construction master plan; Appendix D. Cost estimate documentation |
