| Abstract: | В статті представлене авторське бачення сутності управління конкурентоспроможністю аграрного підприємства, як системи цілеспрямованих заходів, що здійснюються на всіх етапах життєвого циклу продукції, з метою формування та підтримки її конкурентоздатності на ринку, що забезпечує стійкий розвиток та економічну стійкість підприємства в умовах динамічного середовища. Зроблено висновок, що в сучасних умовах нестабільності систему управління конкурентоспроможністю вітчизняних підприємств агробізнесу слід будувати обов’язково з урахуванням сучасних інноваційних трендів світу. Відмічено, що роль інновацій полягає у забезпеченні конкурентними перевагами підприємств агробізнесу. Визначено резерви підвищення ефективності управління конкурентоспроможністю вітчизняних підприємств агробізнесу, зокрема, резерви, пов’язані з удосконаленням виробництва на основі світових інноваційних трендів агробізнесу та інші. |
| Description: | The article examines the principles of managing the competitiveness of domestic agribusiness and defines the role of innovations in increasing its efficiency, especially in the conditions of external challenges. The author's vision of the essence of managing the competitiveness of an agrarian enterprise is presented, as a system of targeted measures carried out at all stages of the product life cycle, with the aim of forming and maintaining its competitiveness on the market, which ensures sustainable development and economic stability of the enterprise in a dynamic environment. The main subjects and objects of competitiveness management are considered. Competitiveness management approaches are defined: situational, process, systemic, innovative, as well as general functions of managing the competitiveness of agricultural products, in particular: planning, organization, analytical activities, motivation of personnel and contractors, quality control of management decisions, product quality, resource quality, implementation of management decisions and monitoring the level of competitiveness. It was concluded that in modern conditions of instability, the system of managing the competitiveness of domestic agribusiness enterprises should be built without fail taking into account the modern innovative trends of the world. It was noted that the role of innovations is to provide competitive advantages of agribusiness enterprises. Reserves for increasing the efficiency of management of the competitiveness of domestic agribusiness enterprises have been determined, namely: reserves related to the improvement of production based on global innovative trends of agribusiness, for example, the introduction of new, more productive and resource-efficient technologies, etc.; reserves related to the improvement of marketing activities, for example, the study of the market and consumer needs, etc.; reserves related to management improvement, for example, implementation of an effective management system: clear division of powers and responsibilities, establishment of a communication system, implementation of a control and monitoring system, etc.; reserves related to the improvement of the financial condition. |
