| Abstract: | У кваліфікаційній роботі проведена загальна характеристика обладнання машинно-тракторного парку. Метою роботи є удосконалення технології підвищення довговічності відповідальних деталей МТП, шляхом покращення якості їх поверхонь за рахунок застосування комбінованих методів нанесення захисних покриттів. Щоб досягнути поставленої мети потрібно вирішити наступні завдання: проаналізувати сучасні технології підвищення якості поверхонь деталей машин та тракторів та вибрати кращі; розробити методику досліджень; провести порівняльні випробування. Об’єктом досліджень є технологія підвищення довговічності відповідальних деталей МТП. Предмет дослідження – закономірності технології підвищення довговічності відповідальних деталей МТП. |
| Description: | The qualification work provides a general description of the equipment of the machine and tractor fleet. The purpose of the work is to improve the technology for increasing the durability of critical parts of the MTP by improving the quality of their surfaces through the use of combined methods of applying protective coatings. To achieve this goal, the following tasks must be solved: analyze modern technologies for increasing the quality of the surfaces of machine and tractor parts and select the best ones; develop a research methodology; conduct comparative tests. The object of research is the technology for increasing the durability of critical parts of the MTP. The subject of research is the regularities of the technology for increasing the durability of critical parts of the MTP. |
