| Abstract: | Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є узагальнення теоретичних та методичних аспектів управління фінансовими ресурсами комунального підприємства та розробка і обґрунтування напрямків підвищення його ефективності. Кваліфікаційна робота складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, переліку літературних джерел і додатків, містить графічний і табличний матеріал. У вступі обґрунтовано актуальність теми дослідження, сформульовано її мету та задачі, визначено об’єкт, предмет і методи дослідження, розкрито наукову спрямованість дослідження, практичне значення кваліфікаційної роботи, надано відомості щодо апробації результатів дослідження. Перший розділ кваліфікаційної роботи присвячений узагальненню теоретичних та методичних аспектів управління фінансовими ресурсами комунального підприємства, зокрема з питань їх формування та використання. Наведена методика оцінки ефективності використання фінансових ресурсів підприємства. У другому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи автор аналізує стан системи управління фінансовими ресурсами комунального підприємства, яке працює у сфері житлово-комунального господарства. Автор надає загальну фінансово-економічну характеристику діяльності досліджуваного підприємства, аналізує у динаміці показники складу та структури ресурсного його забезпечення і ефективності використання основних та оборотних засобів. У кваліфікаційній роботі автор аналізує формування результатів діяльності досліджуваного підприємства, а саме, доходів, витрат і чистого прибутку. Автор проводить аналіз складу та структури фінансових ресурсів комунального підприємства, надає оцінку ефективності їх використання. В роботі автором зроблена оцінка ліквідності балансу та фінансового стану досліджуваного підприємства. В третьому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи автор наводить напрямки управління фінансовими досліджуваного підприємства та їх обґрунтування. Автором надана пропозиція щодо удосконалення методики нормування дебіторської заборгованості досліджуваного підприємства у процесі планування його грошових потоків, яка має дати позитивний вплив на скорочення фінансового циклу і покращення платоспроможності. Автором запропоновані і обґрунтовані альтернативні джерела фінансування інвестиційної програми з оновлення основних засобів діяльності, а саме, лізинг і концесію. |
| Description: | The purpose of the qualification work is to generalize the theoretical and methodological aspects of managing the financial resources of a municipal enterprise and develop and substantiate directions for increasing its efficiency. The qualification work consists of an introduction, three sections, conclusions, a list of literary sources and appendices, contains graphic and tabular material. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the research topic, formulates its goal and objectives, determines the object, subject and methods of research, reveals the scientific focus of the research, the practical significance of the qualification work, provides information on the approbation of the research results. The first section of the qualification work is devoted to the generalization of theoretical and methodological aspects of managing the financial resources of a municipal enterprise, in particular on the issues of their formation and use. The methodology for assessing the effectiveness of the use of the enterprise's financial resources is presented. In the second section of the qualification work, the author analyses the state of the financial resources management system of a municipal enterprise operating in the field of housing and communal services. The author provides a general financial and economic characteristic of the activities of the studied enterprise, analyses the dynamics of the indicators of the composition and structure of its resource provision and the effectiveness of the use of fixed and current assets. In the qualification work, the author analyses the formation of the results of the activities of the studied enterprise, namely, income, expenses and net profit. The author analyses the composition and structure of the financial resources of the municipal enterprise, provides an assessment of the effectiveness of their use. In the work, the author assesses the liquidity of the balance sheet and the financial condition of the studied enterprise. In the third section of the qualification work, the author provides directions for managing the finances of the studied enterprise and their justification. The author has provided a proposal to improve the methodology for rationing receivables of the studied enterprise in the process of planning its cash flows, which should have a positive impact on reducing the financial cycle and improving solvency. The author has proposed and substantiated alternative sources of financing for the investment program for the renewal of fixed assets, namely, leasing and concession. |
