| Abstract: | Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню та удосконаленню процесу перевезення великогабаритної сільськогосподарської техніки, зокрема зернозбиральних комбайнів, в умовах діяльності аграрного підприємства. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є удосконалення процесу перевезення великогабаритної сільськогосподарської техніки шляхом розроблення логістичної моделі оптимізації маршрутів, вибору раціонального способу переміщення та застосування сучасних цифрових інструментів планування і GPS-моніторингу. Для досягнення поставленої мети виконано аналіз нормативно-правового забезпечення перевезень негабаритних вантажів, досліджено особливості організації транспортного процесу, здійснено розрахунок основних техніко-економічних показників та обґрунтовано доцільність використання логістичних програмних рішень. У результаті виконаного дослідження доведено, що впровадження логістичного підходу до організації перевезень великогабаритної сільськогосподарської техніки сприяє підвищенню економічної ефективності діяльності підприємства, покращенню безпеки транспортного процесу та забезпеченню своєчасного виконання сезонних польових робіт. |
| Description: | The qualification work is devoted to the study and improvement of the process of transporting large-sized agricultural machinery, in particular combine harvesters, in the conditions of an agricultural enterprise. The relevance of the topic is due to the increase in the level of mechanization of agricultural production, the need for prompt movement of machinery during seasonal work, increased requirements for road safety and minimizing logistics costs. The purpose of the qualification work is to improve the process of transporting large-sized agricultural machinery by developing a logistics model for optimizing routes, choosing a rational method of movement and using modern digital planning tools and GPS monitoring. To achieve the set goal, an analysis of the regulatory and legal support for the transportation of oversized cargo was performed, the features of the organization of the transport process were studied, the calculation of the main technical and economic indicators was carried out and the feasibility of using logistics software solutions was substantiated. The work consists of four sections. The first section considers the theoretical foundations of organizing the transportation of oversized equipment, the classification of oversized cargo and the current regulatory requirements for their transportation. Factors influencing the choice of vehicle, route and method of transportation were determined. The second section is devoted to the analysis of the production and economic activities of the enterprise and the existing transportation organization system. The modeling of the routes of combine harvesters was carried out, the time, fuel and cost of transport operations were determined. The third section considers the issue of labor protection and traffic safety during the transportation of oversized agricultural machinery. Potentially dangerous factors, requirements for personnel, technical condition of vehicles, means of fastening and support were determined. The fourth section contains an economic justification of the proposed measures to improve transportation logistics. It was found that route optimization and the use of GPS monitoring allow reducing transportation costs, reducing idle equipment and increasing the efficiency of using the enterprise's transport resources. As a result of the research, it was proven that the implementation of a logistical approach to organizing the transportation of large-sized agricultural machinery contributes to increasing the economic efficiency of the enterprise's activities, improving the safety of the transport process and ensuring the timely completion of seasonal field work. |
