| Abstract: | Кваліфікаційна робота магістра присвячена підвищенню ефективності процесу перевезення продуктів харчування шляхом оптимізації логістичних процесів, зниження витрат та впровадження сучасних цифрових технологій. У роботі проаналізовано сучасний стан перевезень продуктів харчування, важливість роботи відділу логістики та організацію використання транспортних засобів при перевезеннях партій збірних вантажів. Значну увагу приділено впливу цифрових технологій на швидкість доставки харчів, навчанню персоналу використовувати такі технології, а також зроблена пропозиція переходу доставки продуктів харчування гібридними та електричними транспортними засобами. На основі експериментальних досліджень встановлено, що використання сучасних методів планування і організації перевезень з використанням GPS-трекерів забезпечують кращу організацію транспортування харчових продуктів. Запропоновано напрями підвищення ефективності перевезень, які дозволяють забезпечити ефективність доставки та зменшити втрати продуктів харчування. |
| Description: | The master's thesis is dedicated to increasing the efficiency of the food transportation process by optimizing logistics processes, reducing costs, and implementing modern digital technologies. The paper analyzes the current state of food transportation, the importance of the work of the logistics department, and the organization of the use of vehicles when transporting batches of consolidated cargo. Considerable attention was paid to the impact of digital technologies on the speed of food delivery, training staff to use such technologies, and a proposal was made to transition food delivery to hybrid and electric vehicles. Based on experimental research, it has been established that the use of modern methods of planning and organizing transportation using GPS trackers provides better organization of food transportation. Directions for increasing transportation efficiency are proposed, which allow ensuring delivery efficiency and reducing food losses. |
