| Abstract: | Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена розв’язанню актуальної науково-практичної проблеми – забезпеченню економічної безпеки аграрних підприємств в сучасних умовах. Визначено роль і значення забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємства на сучасному етапі. З’ясовано сутність та фактори, що впливають на рівень економічної безпеки, визначено особливості забезпечення економічної безпекою в сучасних умовах війни з росією. Проаналізовано на основі обраних показників – індикаторів економічної безпеки існуючий стан економічної безпеки в контексті основних зовнішніх та внутрішніх загроз. Особливу увагу приділено діагностиці рівня економічної безпеки за різними методичними підходами. Із застосуванням SWOT-аналізу виявлено основні чинники, що визначають як загрози (внутрішні та зовнішні), так і можливості для подальшого підвищення рівня економічної безпеки підприємства. Обґрунтовано стратегічні напрями удосконалення управління економічною безпекою аграрного підприємства. Запропоновано алгоритм забезпечення та моніторингу стану економічної безпеки. |
| Description: | The qualification work is devoted to solving an urgent scientific and practical problem – ensuring the economic security of agricultural enterprises in modern conditions. The role and significance of ensuring the economic security of an enterprise at the present stage are determined. The essence and factors influencing the level of economic security are clarified, and the peculiarities of ensuring economic security in the modern conditions of war with russia are determined. Based on selected indicators of economic security, the current state of economic security is analyzed in the context of major external and internal threats. Particular attention is paid to the diagnosis of the level of economic security using various methodological approaches. Using SWOT analysis, the main factors that determine both threats (internal and external) and opportunities for further improving the level of economic security of the enterprise have been identified. Strategic directions for improving the management of economic security of an agricultural enterprise have been substantiated. An algorithm for ensuring and monitoring the state of economic security has been proposed. |
