| Abstract: | Робота складається із змісту, вступу, архітектурно-будівельного розділу, розрахунково-конструктивного розділу, розділу технології і організації і економічного розділу. У вступі описані сучасні тенденції розвитку будівництва житлових будівель. В архітектурно-будівельному розділі описуються ситуаційний і генеральний план, об’ємно-планувальне рішення, конструктивне рішення будівлі, а також зовнішнє і внутрішнє опорядження. В розрахунково-конструктивному розділі виконані розрахунки багатопустотної плити перекриття і пальового фундаменту. В розділі технології і організації описані умови будівництва, визначені нормативні терміни будівництва, обрані методи виконання робіт, визначені об’єми будівельно-монтажних робіт, розроблена технологічна карта на влаштування буронабивних паль, розроблені календарний план і будгенплан. В економічному розділі визначена кошторисна вартість будівлі і підраховані техніко-економічні показники проекту. |
| Description: | The work consists of a table of contents, an introduction, an architectural and construction section, a calculation and construction section, a technology and organization section, and an economic section. The introduction describes current trends in the development of residential construction. The architectural and construction section describes the situational and general plan, the volume-planning solution, the construction solution of the building, as well as the external and internal decoration. In the calculation and design section, calculations of a multi-hollow slab and pile foundation were performed. The technology and organization section describes the construction conditions, determines the standard construction deadlines, selects methods for performing work, determines the volume of construction and installation work, develops a technological map for installing bored piles, develops a calendar plan and budget plan. In the economic section, the estimated cost of the building is determined and the technical and economic indicators of the project are calculated. |
