| Abstract: | Робота складається вступу та чотирьох розділів: архітектурно-конструктивного, розрахунково-конструктивного, технологічно-організаційного, економічного та чотирьох додатків. Архітектурно-конструктивний розділ. У даному розділі опрацьовано архітектурні, об’ємно-планувальні та конструктивні рішення будівлі, що забезпечують її функціональність, надійність і відповідність сучасним вимогам. Розрахунково-конструктивний розділ. Виконано інженерні розрахунки основних несучих елементів, зокрема проведено розрахунок пальового фундаменту та залізобетонного сходового маршу. Розділ технології та організації будівельного виробництва. Визначено умови реалізації будівництва, сформовано перелік будівельно-монтажних робіт, здійснено розрахунок їх обсягів і встановлено потребу в матеріально-технічних ресурсах. Обґрунтовано вибір раціональних рішень щодо організації, механізації та технології виконання робіт. Проведено підбір монтажних і стропувальних пристроїв, а також визначено оптимальну тривалість будівництва. Розроблено технологічну карту на виконання цегляної кладки стін, складено календарний графік виконання робіт і запроєктовано об’єктний будівельний генеральний план. Економічний розділ. Складено локальні кошториси: №1 ‒ на загальнобудівельні роботи, №2 ‒ на санітарно-технічні роботи, №3 ‒ на електротехнічні роботи. Розроблено об’єктний кошторис та зведений кошторисний розрахунок вартості будівництва. Також визначено основні техніко-економічні показники об’єкта. В додатках наведено: опис методів виконання робіт (додаток 1), відомості з підрахунку обсягів будівельно-монтажних робіт (додаток 2), технологічна карта на влаштування стін з цегляної кладки (додаток 3); кошторисну документацію (додаток 4). |
| Description: | The thesis consists of an introduction, four main sections-architectural and structural, structural analysis and design, construction technology and organization, and economic—and four appendices. Architectural and Structural Section. This section presents the architectural, spatial planning, and structural solutions of the building, ensuring its functionality, reliability, and compliance with modern requirements. Structural Analysis and Design Section. Engineering calculations of the main load-bearing elements are performed, including the design of a pile foundation and a reinforced concrete staircase flight. Construction Technology and Organization Section. The conditions for construction implementation are defined, and a list of construction and installation works is established. The volumes of work are calculated, and the demand for material and technical resources is determined. Rational solutions for the organization, mechanization, and technology of construction processes are substantiated. Lifting and rigging equipment is selected, and the optimal construction duration is determined. A technological chart for brick masonry wall construction is developed, a construction schedule is prepared, and a site layout plan (construction master plan) is designed. Economic Section. Local cost estimates are prepared: No. 1 for general construction works, No. 2 for sanitary-technical works, and No. 3 for electrical works. An object cost estimate and a consolidated cost estimate for the construction project are developed. The main technical and economic indicators of the building are also determined. Appendices. The appendices include: a description of construction methods (Appendix 1), quantity take-offs for construction and installation works (Appendix 2), a technological chart for brick masonry wall construction (Appendix 3), and cost estimate documentation (Appendix 4). |
