| Abstract: | У кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто питання підвищення ефективності використання сільськогосподарської техніки при вирощуванні ярої пшениці шляхом удосконалення технологічного процесу обробітку ґрунту. Основна увага приділена обґрунтуванню застосування модернізованого культиватора-щілиноріза як універсального засобу для виконання передпосівного обробітку ґрунту в умовах фермерського господарства. Запропоновано технічне рішення щодо модернізації комбінованого культиватора шляхом оснащення його щілинорізами з удосконаленою формою робочих органів. У роботі виконано інженерні розрахунки основних параметрів агрегату та проведено техніко-економічну оцінку ефективності його використання. Встановлено, що впровадження модернізованого культиватора-щілиноріза забезпечує підвищення продуктивності праці, зниження трудових витрат і витрат пального, а також сприяє зменшенню собівартості продукції рослинництва. . |
| Description: | The qualification work considers the issue of increasing the efficiency of agricultural machinery in growing spring wheat by improving the technological process of soil cultivation. The main attention is paid to the justification of the use of a modernized cultivator-slitter as a universal tool for performing pre-sowing soil cultivation in farm conditions. A technical solution is proposed for the modernization of a combined cultivator by equipping it with slitters with an improved shape of working bodies. The work includes engineering calculations of the main parameters of the unit and a technical and economic assessment of the effectiveness of its use. It has been established that the introduction of a modernized cultivator-slitter provides increased labor productivity, reduced labor costs and fuel costs, and also contributes to reducing the cost of crop production. |
