| Abstract: | У кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто питання організації спеціалізованої дільниці по ремонту передніх мостів вантажних автомобілів в умовах навчально-практичного центру Сумського національного аграрного університету. Обґрунтовано актуальність теми з урахуванням значної ролі вантажного автотранспорту в аграрному виробництві, логістичних перевезеннях, обслуговуванні машинно-тракторного парку та забезпеченні безперебійної роботи господарств Сумського регіону. Проаналізовано конструкцію переднього моста вантажного автомобіля, визначено характерні несправності шворневих з’єднань, поворотних кулаків, маточин, підшипників, рульових тяг і гальмівних елементів. Виконано технологічне обґрунтування дільниці, визначено річну програму робіт, трудомісткість, кількість виробничих працівників, робочих постів і необхідну площу приміщення. У конструкторській частині запропоновано пристрій для заміни шворнів і втулок поворотних кулаків, який поєднує опорно-фіксувальну частину та гідравлічний знімач. Розроблено комплекс заходів з охорони праці. Проведено економічне обґрунтування доцільності впровадження стенда. |
| Description: | The qualification work considers the issue of organizing a specialized section for repairing front axles of trucks in the conditions of the educational and practical center of the Sumy National Agrarian University. The relevance of the topic is substantiated, taking into account the significant role of trucks in agricultural production, logistics transportation, maintenance of the machine and tractor fleet and ensuring the uninterrupted operation of farms in the Sumy region. The design of the front axle of a truck is analyzed, characteristic malfunctions of pivot joints, steering knuckles, hubs, bearings, steering rods and brake elements are identified. A technological justification of the section is carried out, the annual work program, labor intensity, number of production workers, work stations and the required area of the premises are determined. In the design part, a device for replacing pivots and bushings of steering knuckles is proposed, which combines the supporting and fixing part and a hydraulic puller. A set of labor protection measures is developed. An economic justification of the feasibility of implementing the stand was carried out. |
