| Abstract: | У кваліфікаційній роботі проаналізовано сучасний стан організації технічного обслуговування (ТО) та поточного ремонту (ПР) великого змішаного машино-тракторного парку в умовах СТОВ «Дружба-Нова» — потужного рослинницького підприємства агрохолдингу Kernel, що обробляє значні земельні площі в Сумській, Чернігівській та Полтавській областях і спеціалізується на вирощуванні зернових та олійних культур. Досліджено нормативно-технічну базу, планово-попереджувальну систему ТО (ЩТО, ТО-1, ТО-2, ТО-3) та ремонтів, виявлено ключові проблеми: висока різнорідність техніки, сезонні пікові навантаження, необхідність швидкого відновлення працездатності в умовах інтенсивного землеробства. Виконано технологічні розрахунки ремонтної бази господарства Запропоновано конструкторську розробку — спеціальний пристрій (випресовувач) для демонтажу конічних роликових підшипників, виконано міцнісний розрахунок різьби гвинта (М48×1,5, сталь 45), що забезпечує зусилля до 15 кН. Розглянуто питання охорони праці в ремонтному виробництві, оцінено ризики та запропоновано заходи їх зниження. Техніко-економічний аналіз довів економічну ефективність і доцільність функціонування ремонтного підрозділу. |
| Description: | The qualification work analyzes the current state of organization of maintenance (M) and current repair (CR) of a large mixed machine-tractor fleet (over 200 units of leading brands John Deere, Case IH, Claas, Fendt, Horsch, New Holland, MTZ, KhTZ, etc.) in the conditions of LLC “Druzhba-Nova” — a powerful crop production enterprise of the Kernel agroholding, which cultivates significant land areas in Sumy, Chernihiv and Poltava regions and specializes in growing grain and oilseed crops. The normative-technical base, the planned-preventive system of M (daily, TO 1, TO-2, TO-3) and repairs were studied, key problems were identified: high heterogeneity of equipment, seasonal peak loads, the need for rapid restoration of operability under intensive farming conditions. Technological calculations of the farm's repair base were performed: the annual volume of works is about 143,665 man hours for main types of services (TO-1 – 12,702, TO-2 – 11,605, TO-3 – 5,328, CR – 17,530, major repair – 96,500 man-hours), the need for 104 production workers and the workshop capacity 646 conditional repairs per year were justified. A design development is proposed — a special device (extractor) for dismantling tapered roller bearings (in particular 7610/32310, 7611/32311), the strength calculation of the screw thread (M48×1.5, steel 45) was performed, ensuring a force of up to 15 kN. Labor protection issues in repair production were considered, risks were assessed and measures to reduce them were proposed. The economic justification for modernizing the repair base (area 2500 m², purchase of modern equipment for 2.95 million UAH) showed a profitability of 20 %, net profit 5.4 million UAH per year, payback of equipment investments in less than 0.6 years. The proposed improvements make it possible to increase the technical readiness coefficient of equipment, reduce downtime during the season, reduce repair costs and improve the overall efficiency of machine-tractor fleet use. |
