| Abstract: | Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вирішенню актуального завдання підвищення ефективності машиновикористання при збиранні зернових культур у фермерському господарстві «МРІЯ» Миргородського району Полтавської області шляхом модернізації зернозбирального комбайна. У роботі проведено комплексний аналіз виробничої діяльності господарства, його природно-кліматичних умов, характеристики господарства та технологічних процесів збирання зернових культур. Виконано конструктивне обґрунтування модернізації, описано будову і принцип роботи вдосконаленого молотильного апарата, а також проведено розрахунок окремих вузлів конструкції на міцність. Запропоновані технічні рішення забезпечують зниження втрат зерна, зменшення його пошкодження, покращення якості зібраної продукції та підвищення загальної продуктивності зернозбиральної техніки. |
| Description: | The qualification work is dedicated to solving the urgent task of increasing the efficiency of machine use when harvesting grain crops in the farm "MRIYA" of the Myrhorod district of the Poltava region by modernizing the combine harvester. The work includes a comprehensive analysis of the production activities of the farm, its natural and climatic conditions, characteristics of the farm and technological processes for harvesting grain crops. A constructive justification for the modernization is carried out, the structure and principle of operation of the improved threshing machine are described, and the strength calculation of individual structural components is also carried out. The proposed technical solutions ensure reduced grain losses, reduced damage, improved quality of harvested products and increased overall productivity of grain harvesting equipment. |
