| Abstract: | У кваліфікаційній роботі проведено комплексний аналіз організації технічного обслуговування та поточного ремонту машинно-тракторного парку сільськогосподарського підприємства ТОВ «Вітчизна», що спеціалізується на вирощуванні зернових (озима пшениця, ячмінь), олійних (соняшник, соя) та кукурудзи на зерно в умовах Конотопського району Сумської області. Проаналізовано сучасний стан МТП та ремонту, виявлено ключові проблеми: змішаний характер організації, недостатня діагностика сучасної техніки з електронікою, високе навантаження на майстерню. Виконано технологічні розрахунки ремонтної бази господарства. Запропоновано спеціальний пристрій для демонтажу гільз циліндрів двигуна ГАЗ-53 з міцнісним розрахунком. Розглянуто питання охорони праці. Техніко-економічний аналіз довів економічну ефективність і доцільність функціонування ремонтного підрозділу. |
| Description: | The qualification work carried out a comprehensive analysis of the organization of technical maintenance and current repairs of the machine and tractor fleet of the agricultural enterprise "Vitchyzna" LLC, which specializes in growing grain crops (winter wheat, barley), oilseeds (sunflower, soybeans) and corn for grain in the conditions of the Konotop district of the Sumy region. The current state of the MTP and repairs was analyzed, and key problems were identified: the mixed nature of the organization, insufficient diagnostics of modern equipment with electronics, high load on the workshop. Technological calculations of the farm's repair base were performed. A special device for dismantling cylinder liners of the GAZ-53 engine with a strength calculation was proposed. The issue of labor protection was considered. The technical and economic analysis proved the economic efficiency and feasibility of the operation of the repair unit. |
