| Abstract: | Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена технічному забезпеченню вирощування кормових культур в умовах господарства Охтирського району з метою підвищення якості подрібнення грубих зелених кормів. У кваліфікаційній роботі проаналізовано господарську діяльність Охтирського району на прикладі підприємства ПСП «Надія»: земельний фонд, кліматичні умови, урожайність культур за останні роки, склад машинно-тракторного парку, кількість сільськогосподарських машин та транспортних засобів, якими забезпечене господарство. В технологічному розділі наведено методику складання технологічної карти, показників використання польового агрегату; технологічні операції при вирощуванні кормових культур та агровимоги до них та обґрунтування машинно-тракторних агрегатів з техніко-експлуатаційними розрахунками та показники їх експлуатації. У конструктивному розділі запропоновано модернізацію машини для завантаження кормів з метою підвищення якості їх приготування. Для цього передбачено встановлення додаткових дисків на подрібнювальний бітер. |
| Description: | The qualification work is devoted to the technical support of growing fodder crops in the conditions of the farm of the Okhtyrsky district in order to improve the quality of grinding coarse green fodder. The qualification work analyzes the economic activity of the Okhtyrsky district using the example of the enterprise PSP "Nadiya": land fund, climatic conditions, crop yields in recent years, the composition of the machine and tractor fleet, the number of agricultural machines and vehicles with which the farm is equipped. The technological section provides a methodology for compiling a technological map, indicators of the use of the field unit; technological operations in growing fodder crops and agricultural requirements for them and justification of machine and tractor units with technical and operational calculations and indicators of their operation. The constructive section proposes the modernization of the machine for loading fodder in order to improve the quality of their preparation. For this, the installation of additional disks on the grinding beater is provided. |
