| Abstract: | Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена технічному забезпеченню вирощування технічних культур в умовах господарства Охтирського району з метою скорочення енергетичних витрат на ремонтні роботи борон. У кваліфікаційній роботі проаналізовано господарську діяльність Охтирського району на прикладі підприємства ПАТ «Сад»: земельний фонд, кліматичні умови, урожайність культур за останні роки, склад машинно-тракторного парку, кількість сільськогосподарських машин та транспортних засобів, якими забезпечене господарство. У технологічному розділі розглянуто основні технологічні операції вирощування технічної культури - соняшнику, зокрема основний обробіток ґрунту, посів, догляд за посівами та збирання врожаю. Виконано техніко-експлуатаційні розрахунки. За результатами порівняльної техніко-економічної оцінки ґрунтообробних агрегатів встановлено, що для якісного лущення стерні після попередника доцільно застосовувати агрегат у складі трактора ХТЗ-150К-09-25 та лущильника ЛДГ-15. З метою скорочення енергетичних витрат на ремонт борін у господарстві запропоновано спеціальний пристрій, використання якого дає змогу скоротити тривалість ремонтних операцій, зменшити їх трудомісткість та підвищити ефективність виконання ремонтно-відновлювальних робіт. |
| Description: | The qualification work is devoted to the technical support of growing industrial crops in the conditions of the farm of the Okhtyrsky district in order to reduce energy costs for repair work of harrows. The qualification work analyzes the economic activity of the Okhtyrsky district using the example of the enterprise PJSC "Sad": land fund, climatic conditions, crop yields in recent years, the composition of the machine and tractor fleet, the number of agricultural machines and vehicles with which the farm is provided. The technological section considers the main technological operations of growing industrial crops - sunflower, in particular, the main tillage, sowing, care for crops and harvesting. Technical and operational calculations have been performed. According to the results of the comparative technical and economic assessment of soil tillage units, it was established that for high-quality peeling of stubble after the predecessor, it is advisable to use an aggregate consisting of a tractor KhTZ-150K-09-25 and a husker LDH-15. In order to reduce energy costs for repairing harrows on the farm, a special device has been proposed, the use of which allows you to shorten the duration of repair operations, reduce their labor intensity, and increase the efficiency of repair and restoration work. |
