| Abstract: | У роботі проаналізовано існуючу систему технічної експлуатації та сервісного супроводу транспортних засобів господарства. Виконано розрахунок річної виробничої програми, визначено трудомісткість регламентних робіт та необхідну чисельність виробничого персоналу. На основі отриманих даних спроєктовано виробничий корпус та здійснено раціональне планування технологічних дільниць. Особливу увагу приділено розробці технічного проєкту зони діагностики. Обґрунтовано перелік необхідного стендового обладнання та переносних вимірювальних приладів. для діагностування технічного стану вузлів та агрегатів без розбирання. Розраховано показники механізації процесів, які підтверджують високий рівень технологічності запропонованих рішень (рівень механізації понад 83%). |
| Description: | The work analyzed the existing system of technical operation and service support of farm vehicles. The annual production program was calculated, the labor intensity of routine work and the required number of production personnel were determined. Based on the data obtained, the production building was designed and rational planning of technological sections was carried out. Special attention was paid to the development of the technical design of the diagnostic zone. The list of necessary bench equipment and portable measuring instruments was substantiated. for diagnosing the technical condition of components and units without disassembly. Process mechanization indicators were calculated, which confirm the high level of manufacturability of the proposed solutions (the level of mechanization is over 83%). |
