| Abstract: | В кваліфікаційній роботі проаналізовано господарство (товариство) НАДІЯ, яке розташовано в Роменському районі Сумської області. Дане товариство спеціалізується на вирощуванні таких культур як: озима пшениця, ячмінь, кукурудза на зерно та соняшник. Енерго парк та парк сільськогосподарських машин представлений як застарілими так і новітніми одиницями. В технологічній частині описано технологічний процес збирання та післязбиральну обробку зернових культур в досліджувальному товаристві. Наведено перелік зернозбиральної техніки товариства, їх конструктивні особливості, технологічний процес післязбирального обробітку зерна, рекомендації до збирання ранніх зернових та зернобобових культур; налаштування елементів зернозбирального комбайна; зроблені техніко-експлуатаційні розрахунки зернозбирального агрегату. Запропоноване пристосування дозволить покращити технологічний процес: транспортування тюків та зберегти їх цілісність. Наведені питання охорони праці під час збирання зернових культур в товаристві. |
| Description: | The qualification work analyzes the farm (company) NADIYA, which is located in the Romensky district of the Sumy region. This company specializes in growing such crops as: winter wheat, barley, corn for grain and sunflower. The energy park and the fleet of agricultural machinery are represented by both outdated and modern units. The technological part describes the technological process of harvesting and post-harvest processing of grain crops in the research company. A list of the company's grain-harvesting equipment, their design features, the technological process of post-harvest processing of grain, recommendations for harvesting early grain and leguminous crops are given; settings of the elements of the combine harvester; technical and operational calculations of the grain-harvesting unit are made. The proposed device will improve the technological process: transporting bales and preserving their integrity. Occupational safety issues during harvesting grain crops in the company are given. |
