| Abstract: | У роботі проведено аналіз причин виникнення втрат зерна під час збирання зернових культур та розглянуто сучасні технічні рішення щодо їх зменшення. Виконано аналіз конструкцій зернозбиральної техніки та обґрунтовано необхідність удосконалення процесу збирання врожаю. Розроблено конструкцію гвинтового сепаратора, призначеного для транспортування та розподілу зернової маси. Виконано комплект конструкторської документації, який включає складальне креслення та робочі креслення основних деталей. Проведено оцінку ефективності запропонованої конструкції та визначено можливість зменшення втрат зерна під час збирання. Запропоноване технічне рішення спрямоване на підвищення ефективності роботи зернозбиральної техніки та покращення економічних показників сільськогосподарських підприємств. |
| Description: | The work analyzes the causes of grain losses during grain harvesting and considers modern technical solutions to reduce them. The analysis of grain harvesting equipment designs is performed and the need to improve the harvesting process is substantiated. The design of a screw separator designed for transporting and distributing grain mass is developed. A set of design documentation is completed, which includes assembly drawings and working drawings of the main parts. The effectiveness of the proposed design is assessed and the possibility of reducing grain losses during harvesting is determined. The proposed technical solution is aimed at increasing the efficiency of grain harvesting equipment and improving the economic performance of agricultural enterprises. |
