| Abstract: | У кваліфікаційній роботі проведено комплексний аналіз організації технічного обслуговування та поточного ремонту машинно-тракторного парку в умовах середнього рослинницького господарства ФОП «Таранов В.В.». Проаналізовано сучасні технології ТО та поточного ремонту, детально описано 17-етапний технологічний процес ремонту тракторів, особливості діагностики паливної апаратури. Виконано технологічні розрахунки ремонтної бази. Запропоновано конструкторську розробку — тризахватний механічний знімач гальмівних барабанів, проведено повний силовий розрахунок, підтверджено надійність конструкції для практичного використання в майстерні. Розглянуто питання охорони праці. Проведено техніко-економічні розрахунки ремонтного підрозділу господарства. |
| Description: | The qualification work carried out a comprehensive analysis of the organization of technical maintenance and current repairs of the machine and tractor fleet in the conditions of a medium-sized crop-growing farm of the FOP "Taranov V.V.". Modern technologies of maintenance and current repairs were analyzed, a 17-stage technological process of tractor repair was described in detail, and the features of fuel equipment diagnostics were described. Technological calculations of the repair base were performed. A design development was proposed - a three-grip mechanical brake drum puller, a full force calculation was performed, and the reliability of the design for practical use in the workshop was confirmed. The issue of labor protection was considered. Technical and economic calculations of the farm's repair unit were performed. |
