| Abstract: | У кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто питання організації дільниці з діагностики трансмісії вантажних автомобілів в умовах навчально-практичного центру Сумського національного аграрного університету. Обґрунтовано актуальність теми з урахуванням значення вантажного автомобільного транспорту для перевезення агропродукції в Сумському регіоні, зростання навантаження на автопарк та необхідності своєчасного виявлення несправностей трансмісії. Проаналізовано сучасні типи трансмісій вантажних автомобілів, основні несправності коробок передач, зчеплення, карданної передачі, ведучих мостів і диференціалів. Розглянуто технологію комплексної діагностики трансмісії, яка включає зовнішній огляд, перевірку мастила, комп’ютерну діагностику, вібраційний і тепловізійний контроль, дорожнє випробування та оформлення діагностичного висновку. У роботі виконано технологічний розрахунок дільниці, визначено орієнтовну кількість діагностичних процедур, трудомісткість робіт, кількість постів, персоналу та необхідну площу. Досліджено метод визначення технічного стану коробки передач шляхом заміру сумарного кутового люфту. Розроблено стенд для вимірювання сумарного кутового люфту. Розроблено заходи з охорони праці для умов НПЦ СНАУ та виконано економічне обґрунтування створення дільниці. Результати роботи можуть бути використані для організації навчально-виробничої дільниці діагностики трансмісій вантажних автомобілів та підвищення якості практичної підготовки здобувачів освіти. |
| Description: | The qualification work considers the issue of organizing a truck transmission diagnostics section in the conditions of the educational and practical center of the Sumy National Agrarian University. The relevance of the topic is substantiated, taking into account the importance of truck transport for transporting agricultural products in the Sumy region, the increasing load on the fleet and the need for timely detection of transmission malfunctions. Modern types of truck transmissions, the main malfunctions of gearboxes, clutches, cardan transmissions, drive axles and differentials are analyzed. The technology of comprehensive transmission diagnostics is considered, which includes an external inspection, lubrication check, computer diagnostics, vibration and thermal imaging control, road testing and drawing up a diagnostic report. The work performs a technological calculation of the section, determines the approximate number of diagnostic procedures, labor intensity, number of posts, personnel and required area. The method of determining the technical condition of the gearbox by measuring the total angular backlash is investigated. A stand for measuring total angular backlash has been developed. Occupational safety measures have been developed for the conditions of the SNAU Research and Development Center and an economic justification for the creation of the site has been completed. The results of the work can be used to organize a training and production site for diagnosing truck transmissions and improve the quality of practical training for students. |
