| Abstract: | Архітектурно-конструктивний розділ. Розроблені архітектурне, об’ємно-планувальне і конструктивне рішення будівлі. Розрахунково-конструктивний розділ. Виконано розрахунок стрічкового фундаменту, монолітної залізобетонної балки та залізобетонної колони Розділ технології та організації будівельного виробництва. Визначено умови здійснення будівництва, наведено технологію виконання основних будівельних робіт, підібрано комплекти будівельної техніки, розроблено технологічну карту на цегляні роботи; розроблено календарний графік будівництва та будівельний генеральний план. Економічний розділ. Сформовано локальні кошториси: №1 ‒ для загальнобудівельних робіт, №2 ‒ для санітарно-технічних, №3 ‒ для електротехнічних. Розроблено об’єктний кошторис і зведений розрахунок вартості будівництва. Окрім цього, визначено ключові техніко-економічні показники об’єкта. В додатках наведено: відомості обсягів робіт та працевитрат при виконанні будівельних процесів (Додаток 1); комплект кошторисної документації (Додаток 2). |
| Description: | Architectural and Structural Chapter. Architectural, space-planning, and structural solutions for the building were developed. Structural Design and Calculations Chapter. Calculations were performed for the strip foundation, monolithic reinforced concrete beam, and reinforced concrete column. Construction Technology and Organization Chapter. The construction conditions were determined, the technology of the main construction works was described, construction equipment sets were selected, and a technological process chart for brickwork was developed. A construction schedule and a construction site master plan were also prepared. Economic Chapter. Local cost estimates were prepared: No. 1 for general construction works, No. 2 for sanitary and technical works, and No. 3 for electrical works. An object cost estimate and a consolidated construction cost estimate were developed. In addition, the key technical and economic indicators of the project were determined. Appendices. The appendices contain statements of work quantities and labor requirements for construction processes (Appendix 1) and a complete package of cost-estimating documentation (Appendix 2). |
