| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена розкриттю складових якості життя у контексті циркулярної економіки та ролі туризму у цих процесах. На підставі отриманих результатів дослідження, авторами пропонується розробити додаткові державні програми, які сприятимуть досягненню вищого рівня доступу населення до туристичних послуг. Автори статті пропонують розробити державну програму «Компас якості життя в Україні- 2035», впровадження якої дозволить підвищити рівень доступу населення до отримання туристичних послуг, що неодмінно підвищить їх якість життя. Наукова новизна. Авторами статті пропонується визначити, яким категоріям населення, за якими критеріями, а також з яких фінансових джерел, може бути надано право отримати безкоштовний ваучер на придбання туристичних послуг за програмою «Компас якості життя в Україні - 2035». Запропонована авторами програма: «Компас якості життя в Україні - 2035», яку варто розробити на рівні держави, забезпечить вищий рівень якості соціального життя значній категорії населення, підвищить рівень їх задоволення роботою, дозволить покращити ментальне здоров’я людей, позитивно відобразиться на рівні їхніх доходів, а також розширить спектр соціальних послуг тощо. |
| Description: | The article is devoted to revealing the components of quality of life in the context of the circular economy and the role of tourism in these processes. Based on the results of the study, the authors propose to develop additional state programs that will contribute to achieving a higher level of access of the population to tourism services. The authors of the article propose to develop a state program "Compass of Quality of Life in Ukraine - 2035", the implementation of which will allow to increase the level of access of the population to receiving tourism services, which will certainly improve their quality of life. Scientific novelty. The authors of the article propose to determine which categories of the population, according to what criteria, and also from what financial sources, may be granted the right to receive a free voucher for the purchase of tourism services under the program "Compass of Quality of Life in Ukraine - 2035". The program proposed by the authors: "Compass of the Quality of Life in Ukraine - 2035", which should be developed at the state level, will provide a higher level of quality of social life for a significant category of the population, increase their level of job satisfaction, improve people's mental health, have a positive impact on their income level, and also expand the range of social services, etc. |
