| Abstract: | В статті наведені дані про віруліцидну дію дезінфектантів відносно збудника африканської чуми свиней. Доведено, що препарат "Бі-дезтм" слабо кумулюється в організмі птиці, кролів та щурів. Запропоновані способи і режими прижиттєвого знезараження шерстно-волосяних та пір'яних покривів коротко- і довгошерстих, несприйнятливих до африканської чуми свиней тварин, які можуть служити механічними переносниками збудника хвороби. В статье приведены данные о вирулицидном действие дезинфектантов в отношении возбудителя африканской чумы свиней. Доказано, что препарат "Би-дезтм" слабо аккумулируется в организме птицы, кроликов и крыс. Предложенные способы и режимы прижизненного обеззараживания шерстно-волосяных и перьевых покровов кратко- и длинношерстных, невосприимчивых к африканской чуме свиней животных, которые могут служить механическими переносчиками возбудителя болезни. |
| Description: | In 2015, during the liquidation of the outbreak of African swine fever have been euthanized and disposed of except pigs, horses, cats and dogs that were in epizootic fire for being in close contact with sick pigs, can act as mechanical carriers of this pathogen. Skin of animals can be contaminated by ASF virus, which is released in large concentrations, with all the secrets and excreta sick pigs. The risk increases the mechanical transmission of highly resistant pathogen ASF to various physical and chemical factors and its ability for a long time kept in the environment under various environmental conditions. The aim of our research was to develop ways of disinfecting the skin susceptible to ASF animals that are the focus of epizootic disease. Information about disinfectant’s virucidal effect against the pathogen of African swine fe-ver is introduced in the article. It was proved that the drug "Bi-deztm" has weak cumulating in the birds’, rab-bits’ and rats’ organisms. During the studying possible irritant or damaging effect on the skin and developing of nonallergic contact dermatitis was establishedt that a single application of the drug "Bi-dez tm" to the non-affected skin of white rats’ back in the most significant recommended concentration of working solutions (2%) did not cause any signs of skin irritation. Irritation from minor to moderate (2-3 points) was caused by undi-luted preparation’s concentrate. It is Disposable application on the 2/3 of white rats’ tail skin, did not cause the development of skin reactions. Immersing of rats tails in the 5 % solution of the drug "Bi-deztm", daily, within 30 days caused an increase tail’s volume and increase the number of leukocytes in blood. Significant changes in biochemical parameters in serum were found. Methods and modes in vivo disinfection of wool-hair and feather covers short- and long-haired, unreceptive to African swine animals but which can be as mechanical carriers of the causative agent were proposed. Disinfectants" Bi-deztm» - concentration of 1,0 %, "VetOks 1000" and «Ecocide C" -6 % solution have a high virucidal activity against African swine virus. It can be recommended for using in veterinary practice for the animals treatment. |
